§ 1 Cancellations

All bookings are NOT refundable. If you do need to cancel we will endeavor to reschedule your booking to the next available timeslot but cannot guarantee availability.

§ 2 Access (probable regulation)

Before booking, please note all relevant corona regulations of the organizer or the state government of Baden-Württemberg (possibly mask requirement in the outdoor area). In the igloos themselves, there is no obligation to wear a mask, analogous to general restaurant operations in the catering trade.

§ 3 Corona regulations

By booking your igloo time window, you also agree to all current regulations of the organizer of the Baden-Baden Christkindelsmarkt, as well as the daily updated to comply with the Corona regulation of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

§ 4 Events due to force majeure

If the Christkindelsmarkt has to be canceled by the organizer or the state or federal government due to extraordinary events of force majeure (pandemics, war, natural disasters, energy crisis, etc.) or for reasons for which we as the organizer are not responsible, we reserve the right per participanta fee of €10.00, as well as for children (6-14 years) €5.00 as an administration fee. In this exceptional case, the remaining balance would then be reimbursed to you pro rata.

We would like to point out again to § 1 that in principle all bookings are non-refundable. A refund would only be made pro rata in the above case.
